I had a cozy night where the kids loved the simple and clean room, and we all enjoyed the games room to unwind. There’s also a nice little garden area perfect for relaxing after a long day. The only downside was the Wi-Fi could've been a bit faster, but overall, I’d recommend it for families looking for a chill spot! 😊

Perfect place for a solo traveler
I had a well-deserved break here. The staff were so friendly, they even remembered my name the next day. Plus, they had a kettle in my room that was a lifesaver for those long nights. Can't believe I got all this for a good price!
It wasn't the most economical option out there, but it was certainly acceptable.

The top-floor single room was clean and had quick Wi-Fi. the check-in process was frustrating as my room was still occupied, leading to a longer wait than expected. the shared bathroom was a bit inconvenient, and some staff interactions felt rushed. Street parking was easy after peak hours, though, adding some convenience to the location.

Decent English breakfast that hits the spot. Great location for exploring the Kelvingrove area, just a 20-30 minute walk to the city center.
The room had a small queen-size bed that felt a bit cramped for two. No shower towel—just a thin tea towel, which was a surprising letdown. The noise from the adjoining dining rooms and kitchen made it challenging to relax, especially considering the lack of soundproofing in a basement room. if you just need a place to crash, it might suffice.

My stay was delightful, as I appreciated the spaciousness of the family room, which helped create a relaxed atmosphere. The soft beds and nice size TVs were a bonus. we did encounter some cleanliness issues, such as stained towels and a hairdryer that malfunctioned. the environment was cozy and welcoming, which made up for a few minor hiccups.

The hotel had a great location. I could easily walk to most attractions in the area. My room was small but tidy, which met my needs. Breakfast options were decent and provided enough fuel for my day. The staff proved to be friendly and accommodating, which made my stay comfortable. there was no lift, making it challenging to carry my luggage up to the third floor. The decor felt a bit tired, lacking a refreshed look. Some amenities needed improvement, like cleaner shared bathrooms. the experience balanced convenience and quality.
